Fried Mozzarella

Fried Mozzarella

3 Sargento Mozzarella cheese sticks

1 egg, beaten

1 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs (I like Progresso)

Oil for frying


Cut cheese sticks in half. Dip in egg, then bread crumbs. Repeat. Press coating onto cheese stick so no cheese is showing.

Fry at 350 for less than one minute. Watch to see them float. Once they float, they're done. Do Not overcook, or they will explode.

Serve with Ranch or Marinara.
